Something else is broken. The fan header is not required for booting. You said in your other post that you had unsoldered the header so check the board for any other damage.
The other post from November last year (i.e. eight months ago) asking about the same thing?
Seems more than a little odd to be coming back to this now especially after not responding to the advice in that thread.

Is this the second Pi on which you've broken the fan connector? If so you might want to review your handling process.
