What happens if you connect to yapicoprobe's console (the other CDC) ?
The LED is blinking accordingly?
RTT control block found LED off, flashes twice per second for 20ms
RTT data received LED off, flashes thrice per second for 20ms
I would try also without USB stdio compiled, if possible.
