except the Fkms driver is depreciated. i assume it will sooner or later not be supported.
try this:
in /boot/firmware/cmdline.txt (add to the front/end of the line, NOT a new line)
video=HDMI-A-1:1920x1080@60e (or maybe @60D)
using the KMS driver. should work.
