If you have an old 2.4 GHz-only WiFi router, maybe you could try that with the Zero 2.

I managed to get the Asus (circa 2013) running yesterday afternoon and connected 3 Pis to it (a 0W and two 02Ws). They each had one WiFi "event" after about 18 hours, with the same log footprint as the others.

The only thing of interest is that the event happened on all 3 Pis at the same time

It's still running...any suggestions for further investigation?
