Troubleshooting • eratic behavior of menu items with pen and tablet (Wacom)

Found for this behavior may be the problem;
From xsession-errors;
libinput error: event8 - Wacom Bamboo Connect Pad: libinput bug: missing tablet capabilities: pen resolution. Ignoring this device.
00:00:55.135 [ERROR] [libinput] event5 - Wacom Bamboo Connect Pen (USB 1-1.3): client bug: event processing lagging behind by 22ms, your system is too slow

The second message is repeated with different times.
system too slow??? I use a pi400 with the Wacom on USB2.

Now how can I solve these problems?
