Keyboard computers (400, 500, 500+) • Re: Pi 500+ broken keycap: no official spare parts, CAD/STL files, or dimensions?

I have a Raspberry Pi 500+ and one of the keycaps is damaged/broken.The keycaps are clearly meant to be removable: the Pi 500+ includes a keycap puller, and the documentation says it uses Gateron KS-33 low-profile switches with Cherry MX-compatible stems.

However, I cannot find:

• official replacement keycaps
• a full spare keycap set
• original keycap dimensions
• CAD, STL, STEP, or other 3D files
• layout/keycap size information for the Pi 500+

For a Raspberry Pi product, used by makers and the open-source/Linux community, this feels like a missed opportunity. If a keycap breaks, users should be able to buy an original replacement, or make a compatible replacement using official dimensions. This would help with repairs, accessibility, custom layouts, and 3D-printed replacement keycaps. Is there any official source for these spare parts, dimensions, or CAD/STL files?

If not, can Raspberry Pi explain why replacement keycaps or basic keycap specifications are not available?
