Hi gordon77 -- I am not the OP, but I just found this thread while looking for a basic GUI to adjust settings of my IMX77 cam which I am trying to use for microscopy -- to change exposure, contrast, basic ROI selection, zoom in/out etc. I am going to try opencv. My pi is older (not an rp5), but I hope it works.
