I completely forgot to specify originally, but it is a pretty light load, and it only runs for ~0.1-1.0 seconds usually, (then it is put in low power/sleep mode). It essentially performs some operations for anther computer on its boot. I'm not sure exactly why or if it needs to be overclocked, but I'd guess its just to be finish faster.
So, given this, the sounds pretty obvious, and 1.3v is a great tradeoff. Thanks again!
