From the official documentation...
When the core temperature is between 80°C and 85°C, the ARM cores will be throttled back. If the temperature exceeds 85°C, the ARM cores and the GPU will be throttled back.

This is with relation to the Pi4B, but I'll assume it's also true for the Pi5 until someone tells me otherwise.

Is vcgencmd get_throttled only triggered at 85°C maybe? I wouldn't know. I don't think I've ever triggered it.
