Also does anyone know how much hotter an RP2354 runs than an RP2350 ?

I can't imagine it's hotter by much at all given I have never had an RP2350 running which I would call hot.

The Winbond datasheet specs doesn't get above 10 mA for any kind of read, no problem there.

I spent some time looking for possible die shots, didn't find any exact hits, but here is a good one:

The ESP32-P4 has a PSRAM top of the P4 die. Unfortunately the Youtube vid has stills only, the usual plan views. Would have been nice to see the two dies together just exposed. Also:
