Using Imager 2.0.8 (Win 11) I put Raspberry Pi OS (64-bit) Lite "Trixie" onto a 32GB microSD card.
A Pi5 booted fine from that no issues.
Not sure what the difference to your install is - maybe
- using an Apple Mac?
- fake card?
- not using an official power supply?
- something else?
