Some people will be luckier than others. Let's hope you haven't jinxed thatWell never been asked by Cloudflare to confirm anything ??
I have only had the Cloudflare Challenge ask me to confirm I am human a few times when accessing the forum. Other than the poster who reported it continuously asks them and they can't ever get to the site, it shouldn't be more than a minor inconvenience, and a necessary one.
The Cloudflare Turnstile when posting or editing is a different kettle of fish. Where the Challenge only kicks in when coming to the the site or every 4 hours, the Turnstile verifies every 5 minutes and the chances of being inconvenienced by that is far greater.
Click Preview or Submit while Turnstile is verifying, has the spinning dots, and you will usually face the "Please complete security verification" blocker, will have to wait for a repeat verification to complete, then click Preview or Submit again to be successful.
Even so you may never get asked to verify you are human. It's not clear what makes it ask but seems to have a spectrum from never to always.
For me, getting asked is frequent but tolerable so far. The bigger issue is the "Please complete security verification" blocker. It feels like I am blocked about 60% of the time when I hit Preview or Submit. I guess the timebase which Turnstile runs on matches the timebase I run on when posting or editing.
I don't believe enabling cookies or not will affect whether Challenger or Turnstile asks to verify you are human or not. It would seem more logical to me to ask more often when cookies are disabled if it did.
