That’s what I did, this is a new install. Except that I enabled Apache webserver. And it is the non-GUI version of Trixie. I haven’t installed any other software. I am using NetworkManager and this Pi is running as a WiFi repeater. So I wonder if NetworkManager could be conflicting with PiHole? Seems like someone else would have run into this problem.
