first problem, is it lpddr4, or a different type?

second problem, the 8gig chip already has the max number of rows the controller can handle
and the only known 16gig lpddr4 chip, has double the rows, and only 8gig is addressable
so youll need to find a datasheet for your ram, and see what the row count is, and then pray there isnt another unknown limit
The OP did not reveal what RAM size the 4B has.

My Pi is 1GB
the donor ram is Samsung LPDDR4 with 25 GB/s bandwidth 4GB
