SDK • Re: picotool incompatibility

Yes, this is a bug in the 2.1.0 and 2.1.1 releases of the SDK - the fix is either to build & install picotool manually (this is the recommended fix), or to change the picotool version downloaded by the SDK (https://github.com/raspberrypi/pico-sdk/pull/2401)
