General discussion • Re: Raspberry PI 5, Short Circuit 3.3V and GND! Need Help DEVs

My Raspberry PI 5 for some reason has a short circuit at 3.3V and GND.
When using the multimeter both ended I saw the Voltage was good at 3.26V, the Resistance is at 34.5 ohms, the continuity test makes that sound on the multimeter.

I used a DC DC converter to supply the 3.3V and heard a current of 410 mA.
On visual inspection I can't see anything damaged!

I'm not sure what I can do! I have no idea if it's the PMIC (DA9091) or the RP1.
If you disconnect all wires from the GPIO header, does this Pi still boot?
