Pi-Apps developer here.
You did not install Raspberry Pi OS on your laptop, you installed Linux with a PiOS theme, commonly called Raspberry Pi Desktop for PC and Mac.
That is a more exact definition.
Minecraft Pi only runs on ARM, but it should be possible to emulate an ARM system in order to run it.
Here is a video that could be somewhat helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZvnibwqZ3q8
Be aware you will need to treat that tutorial as more of a guideline than exact steps, as what you are trying to do is slightly different. This could be a good starting point though. Be aware that I have never followed that tutorial and cannot provide any special support for it.
