Sure thing. Here's what I've got so far. It's changed a bit since I last posted because I'm not using the same monitor at the moment. I imagine something below the enable_jtag_gpio line will be useful. I found these mostly by just fiddling with different options until something worked.

disable_commandline_tags=1
gpu_mem=16

ignore_lcd=1
enable_jtag_gpio=1

framebuffer_ignore_alpha=1
framebuffer_depth=32

hdmi_force_hotplug=1
hdmi_force_mode=1

config_hdmi_boost=7
