"..latest LTS" - you probably want to write Raspberry Pi OS (Bookworm) to a spare microSD card as Buster is old (July 2019) now.Use Raspberry Pi Imager to write the OS, with OS Customisation settings set to the username, password, WiFI, enable SSH etc.
