I have a problem with trying to boot my Raspberry pi 4b. I'm trying to boot it with the Raspberry pi 64bit OS, but when i plug it in to power the green ACT led keeps blinking rapidly and a signal to the display isn't showing up. Powering on without an sd card has the same behavior of the red power led being fully lit and the Green ACT led flashing rapidly. Also the diagnostics page that is supposed to be displayed isn't coming up. I also have a second raspberry pi 4b that is booting with the same sd card and the same HDMI cable and adapter. I have tried the sd card recovery tool provided by the raspberry pi imager, but it hasn't fixed the issue. I have also tried different sd cards but the issue hasn't been fixed. Out of the box the raspberry pi worked when I tired installing raspberry pi os. But when I tried to install home assistant the issue started and the raspberry pi hasn't worked since. Any help is appreciated.
