The CM5 datasheet says PWM audio is available on pins 12-13. I made sure everything was compatible before I bought it. why make false claims in the datasheet if RPi has no intentions of making it work?why should RPT care about that? There is no need to upgrade from CM4 to CM5 will be my expected answer. Who told you it's a drop-in replacement? It can be used on CM4 baseboards with reduced functionality, your PWM audio is to be considered as such. This breaks compatibility with the ClockworkPi mainboard. I thought the CM5 was supposed to be more or less a drop-in replacement for the CM4? ..No! You will have to use a USB sound card, I2S coded or extract Audio from HDMI channel...
There's no way to put audio over GPIO 12/13 anymore at all?
