You wrote zeroes to the first 3GB of the disk. Your partition table and filesystem superblock are gone, and probably a fair chunk of whatever was stored on it, too.
Recovery may be possible if you can recreate the partition table, and happen to hit a backup superblock. I wouldn't count on it.
